Yogurt drops! Super easy tasty treats.
Throw some yogurt in a ziploc bag and cut off the corner. Squeeze little blobs onto whatever kind of surface. I tossed some cinnamon on mine, which was awesome, and then put it in the freezer for a bit.
Then you have some tasty little yogurt drops! Great for a little healthy snack that is beyond easy and has endless possibilities with all the different yogurt flavors out there! Try it out!

Meal 1: oatmeal, egg whites, fresh fruit
Meal 2: whey protein shake, apple with cinnamonn
Meal 3: tuna with ezekiel bread
Meal 4: hardboiled eggs, fruit
Meal 5: sweet potato fries (homemade), chicken breast, veggies
Meal 6: protein smoothie
Ah so I did some biking, woooop! I had about 100 calories worth of Kashi cereal before I biked to work, making my total today 430 so far. Not bad not bad at all!
Gotta keep myself encouraged, it’s far too easy to let myself get negative and want to give up.
I should do some ab work tonight, probably gonna do some pop pilates (google it! it’s awesome.) I’ll post the link of whatever workout I end up doing.
Gearing up for a run, gonna try an interval workout to really target and burn that fat. Woof, it’ll be a scorcher out there.
Then it’s lunch! And a shower. And then work. Work …. ugh. Ugh!

oh brother well, tonight I had a bowl of butter pecan ice cream at Hannah’s. it was a small bowl at least, cal most likely 200. blegh. I was just so hungry, and it was there, and I didn’t even think twice about it.
I’m not going to stress about it though, it’s not worth it. Weigh in tonight was 121 pounds … I’m thinking I must be bloated? I didn’t eat enough to actually gain any weight at all. Hm.
I’m slowing down on crunches, after all, abs are sculpted in the kitchen. If I can lose the fat around my torso, my abs will be there to see.
Tomorrow I’m not running before work; I’m riding my bike in, teaching lessons, riding back, then I’ll do a run. I’m not sure if I want to do intervals or a slightly longer run. I think intervals would be my best bet … so probably intervals.
today was a pretty good day! 2 weeks and 5 days left.
So my breakfast was 320!
Then I had a flatbread(110) sandwich made from a banana (100) and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (100) and then a bit extra (50)
And then I rode my bike to work (15 min. biking)
And at work, I had a BITE (1 bite, mind you) of a honey roll (70)
4 carrots (100) booberries (25) and a banana (100)
and then a blue freezepop (25)
and half of a hot dog bun (60)
I was really hungry.
Rode my bike home (10 min biking) and ate dinner.
Grilled white meat chicken (250) bbq sauce (70) greek yogurt (120) booberries (20) honey (60)
1060+460=1520 total for the day. Since I exercised, this is perfect! Congratulations are in order.
