well this morning I weighed a nice 118.6 pounds. Pretty nice to see on the scale, but unless it stays like that all week, it doesn’t count ^^

pre-run fuel: half of a piece of pita bread (62 calories)

25 min. run today down the drain

breakfast: 

Kashi Heart to Heart cereal (120 calories)

Skim milk (100 calories)

Banana (100 calories)

A nice 320 calorie breakfast.
